Fall Classes

Our pre-school programs work on developing coordination and fine motor skills along with the introduction of basic gymnastics skills.

Our recreational classes are perfect for those just beginning their gymnastics journey or for those wanting to continue on to more advanced gymnastics. Students will work on each piece of apparatus in these classes.

Our tumbling classes are for students from beginner level tumbling learning handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers to advanced tumblers looking to learn flight skills and twisting.

Our team program is an advanced, competitive gymnastics program. Team members will go through a tryout for placement.

Our high school classes offer programming which emphasizes the training of upper level skills required for High School gymnastics and tumbling, technique improvement, as well as choreography requirement development for routine composition.

Private lessons allow athletes wanting to work on particular skills to have one on one instruction with their coach.

Open gym is a supervised open practice for athletes age 8-18 to work on any skills they are currently looking to master or to just bounce, jump, and have fun.
